Now I'm going to be blogging about green eyes. the difficult thing about green eyes is that they go by very different eye makeup rules, so follow these tips to help them POP!
you'll need N.Y.C KOHL BROW/EYELINER PENCIL in the color "Taupe", E.L.F CONCEALER, WET N WILD VOLUMIZING MASCARA.
FIRST, apply your E.L.F CONCEALER to your eyelid (it makes eye makeup last longer). SECOND, apply your N.Y.C KOHL BROW/EYELINER from the top to the water line (unless you want to do it all the way around your eye). THIRD, apply to the top lashes (applying on top AND bottom lashes is optional). and you're done. an awesome look for under $10! try it out and leave me a comment! <*U*>
