#Review on NYC Ultra Moist Lip Wear (Chiffon)

Here's my review on "NYC Ultra Moist Lip Wear" #312 (Chiffon); 3 1/2 Stars

It's moisturizing, but the color is a little over-powering. It almost looks more like a shade for Halloween costumes or special fancy occasions. It's almost like a metallic pink with silver mixed in, but yet it's a little too strong to be wearing as an every day lipstick. TIP; I would recommend mixing with, well you won't believe it.... Eyeshadow. If you're not one of those girls to eat your lipstick all the time, you can mix if light too dark tone Eyeshadow into your lipstick with a lip color brush or even just your finger. If you have mixed emotions about this tip, try out for yourself! I love it and I hope you love it too! <^='>
